Shooting in Little Lair
Little Lair is the smaller stage at 922 Dragon Studios: 957 square feet on a 33 by 29 foot floor, with a cyclorama wall and a lighting grid at 14 feet 10 inches. It is sized for tabletop, product, beauty and interview work, and it pre-lights fast.
Gear comes in through an 11 by 12 foot load-in door. Power is a 150 amp, 3-phase service, cam-lock with reverse ground. One Monster Prep Kitchen is steps away, so a food or tabletop shoot can prep and plate next door to the set.
Every booking includes a client room, the Client Kitchen for lunch and craft service, a hair and makeup room, and two production offices. Cameras, grip and electric can be rented from 444camera.com and electriclight.com and be waiting at the stage when the crew arrives.
